Legal entity change

As you may know, ETS is now a member of the global REMONDIS Group, following a staged acquisition which commenced in 2019. Our unique expertise has been celebrated with the retention of our ETS name and our highly skilled ETS team – with the added advantage of having a progressive, global recycling group standing with us.

In the final step of this acquisition, ETS’ legal entity and ABN are changing, which will affect how you pay our invoices. From 1 October 2023 ETS’s company name will be REMONDIS Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 002 429 781, ABN 95 002 429 781) trading as Environmental Treatment Solutions. Our new bank account details are given below.

 

There will be no change to your current invoice payment terms.

What’s changing?
This number will appear on invoices issued by ETS and will be a handy reference when dealing with our Credit Team.
From 1 October, invoice payments for ETS services should be made to our new bank account, as follows:

• Bank: ANZ Bank

• BSB: 016-989

• Account number: [The first 6 digits of your Customer Number]

Invoices can be paid to ETS by:

• Credit Card Pay By Phone / CALL 1300 251 138 / MasterCard or Visa accepted

Please email your remittance to ar@remondis.com.au.
We’ll remind you of these changes on our invoices issued from 1 October 2023.

In the final step of this acquisition, ETS’ legal entity and ABN are changing, which will affect how you pay our invoices.

What’s changing?

• From 1 October 2023 ETS’s company name will be REMONDIS Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 002 429 781, ABN 95 002 429 781) trading as Environmental Treatment Solutions

• There will be no change to your current invoice payment terms

• From 1 October, invoice payments for ETS services should be made to a different bank account, and you will be given a new Customer Number

We’ll provide these details in September and remind you of these changes on our invoices issued from 1 October 2023.
